- Express: $12.99 (3–5 business days)
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50

Europe
- Standard: €5.99 (7–15 business days)
- Express: €14.99 (4–7 business days)
- Free standard shipping on orders over €60

Rest of the world
- Standard: $8.99 (10–20 business days)
- Express: $19.99 (5–10 business days)
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75

Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your package leaves our facility.

TRACKING

Every order ships with a tracking number, delivered to your email and available in your account.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated window, please contact us at hello@aurea.com within 30 days of the original shipment date and we'll make it right.
